摘  要:考虑到故障诊断涉及机械、信号处理、高等数学、振动学等多门学科交叉等特点,结合现场设备工况以及点检人员具体情况,提出利用Hilbert包络解调对滚动轴承工作状态进行判别。通过使用封装了Hilbert包络解调电路的智能点检仪对现场数据进行分析,验证了此方法在轧机增速机滚动轴承故障诊断过程中的实用性与有效性。It is proposed to discriminate working conditions of rolling bearing with Hilbert envelope demodulation in consideration of the fault diagnosis involving such disciplines as machinery,signal processing,advanced mathematics and vibration as well as combining with the working conditions of field equipment and specific circumstances of spot check personnel.The practicability and effectiveness of the method in fault diagnosis for rolling bearing of speed increasing machine for rolling mill are verified through analyzing field data with the intelligent point detector encapsulated with Hilbert envelope demodulation circuit.
