摘 要:针对新疆东沟煤矿低渗透高瓦斯B4-2煤层143综采面端头悬顶坚硬难垮、悬顶面积过大、上隅角瓦斯涌出异常等问题,开展了工作面端头悬顶水压预裂技术现场试验研究。试验表明端头悬顶走向长度从27~30 m降为5~8 m,倾向宽度从10~15 m降为2~5 m;工作面上隅角瓦斯控制在0.3%左右,达到安全管理要求。应用RFPA2D-Flow数值计算软件,建立了钻孔水压预裂模型,数值模拟表明当注水压力达到24 MPa时,岩层开始起裂,随后压裂裂隙向岩体深部呈“十字”型扩展,在压裂结束后,裂隙延伸扩展长度可达到7~10 m左右;水压预裂影响范围半径可达10 m。In view of the problems such as large area of overhanging roof and abnormal gas emission in upper corner of No.143 fully mechanized mining face with low permeability and high gas in Xinjiang Donggou coal mine,the field test and research on hydraulic presplitting technology of end overhanging roof was carried out.The test shows that the strike length of the end hanging roof is reduced from 27~30 m to 5~8 m,the dip width is reduced from 10~15 m to 2~5 m,and the gas concentration in the upper corner of the working face is controlled at about 0.3%,which meets the requirements of safety management.Using RFPA2D-Flow numerical calculation software,the hydraulic presplitting model is established.The numerical simulation shows that when the water injection pressure reaches 24 MPa,the rock begins to crack,and then the fracture extends to the depth of the rock mass in a“cross”shape.After the fracturing,the extension length of the fracture can reach 7~10 m,and the influence radius of hydraulic presplitting can reach 10 m.
