摘 要:矿井综掘面综掘机掘进切割作业时,工作面实际产尘、扬尘量大,为有效解决综掘机切割作业时的个体防尘、降温等问题,结合实际生产现场情况,个体可以进入相对封闭隔离的无尘临时空间里暂避,避开矿尘产出和高温危害的峰值;通过压风管三通和连接管件实现对密闭环境的新鲜空气供给,通过直通出气口定量排气,产生干净凉爽的正压空气空间,避免作业人员在峰值时段直接暴露,这样做可以使得个体防护效果达到最大。依据以上思路和原理设计了一种隔离式防尘压风降温可移动工作站,提供一个相对安全清洁凉爽的独立环境,最大限度的提高劳动效率,大幅降低煤矿井下防尘、工作面降温技术及设备成本,且实用性非常强,经矿井综掘工作面现场试用,效果很好,效益明显,值得在煤矿推广。In view of the fact that there is a large amount of dust in the driving face during the driving and cutting operation of the roadheader in the mine,in order to effectively solve the problems of individual dust prevention and cooling in the driving face,combined with the actual production site conditions,individuals can enter the relatively closed temporary dust-free space to avoid the peak value of dust output and high temperature hazards.Through the compressed air pipe to supply fresh air to the closed environment and quantitative exhaust at the air outlet,the positive pressure air space is generated,which avoids the direct exposure of operators in the high dust value period,and greatly improves the individual protection effect.According to the above ideas and principles,a kind of isolated dust-proof and pressure air cooling movable workstation is designed,which provides a relatively safe,clean and cool independent environment,improves labor efficiency to the maximum extent,and greatly reduces the cost of dust prevention and temperature reduction technology and equipment in coal mine.Through the field trial of fully mechanized driving face,the effect is very good and the benefit is obvious,which is worth popularizing in coal mine.
