摘 要:连采机成套技术及设备主要依赖进口,通过对国产化连采机电控系统组成和电气原理分析,梳理国产电控整体框架和各箱体电气元器件分布,对已有连采机进行了技术改造,改造前后电控对比发现,充分运用当前主流及新兴技术,注入信息化、智能化的国产电控,电气自动化水平显著提高,随着国产化电控系统的技术改造,对集中使用连采机的神东公司具有很好的借鉴作用。The complete set of technology and equipment of continuous miner mainly depends on import.Based on the composition of electric control system and the electrical principle of the continuous miner,the technical transformation scheme of the continuous miner is put forward by analyzing the overall framework of domestic electric control system and the distribution of electrical components in each box.The automation level of the electronic control system has been significantly improved after the localization transformation of the electronic control system with information and intelligent technology.The technical transformation of domestic electric control system has a good reference for Shendong Group which uses continuous miners.
