摘  要:在煤炭开采过程中,排水泵是井下排水系统中最为主要的设备,它的运转情况直接关系到整个排水系统是否能够正常进行。煤矿主排水泵在运行中的常见故障有喘振和汽蚀,这些故障会导致水泵出现异常振动、噪音、金属疲劳等现象,严重影响到设备的使用效率和耐久性,严重时甚至会直接对设备造成破坏。文中对排水泵喘振与汽蚀现象进行了阐述,并对其原因进行了分析。在此基础上,提出了减少排水泵进气、避免排水泵汽蚀和优化排水系统等方面的具体措施。这样可以有效避免事故的发生,提高设备稳定性,确保排水泵正常运行,保障煤矿安全高效生产。In the coal mining process,the drainage pump is the most important equipment in the underground drainage system,and its operation is directly related to whether the entire drainage system can be carried out normally.The common faults of coal mine main drainage pump in operation are surge and cavitation,which will lead to abnormal vibration,noise,metal fatigue and other phenomena,seriously affect the efficiency and durability of the equipment,and even directly damage the equipment in serious cases.Based on the analysis of the causes of surge and cavitation of the drainage pump,the specific measures of reducing the intake of the drainage pump and optimizing the drainage system are put forward,so as to effectively avoid accidents,improve the stability of the equipment,ensure the normal operation of the drainage pump,and ensure the safe and efficient production of the coal mine.
