摘  要:针对传统矿井井下火灾监控系统监测方式单一、无法实现实时在线监测、监测结果偏差大、维护费用高等问题,在分析现有监控系统基础上设计一种多参数监控系统,将温度探测及气体探测相结合,实现对井下采空区遗煤自燃产生的O2、CO、CH4、CO2等气体、温度变化等在线实时监测,并介绍了多参数监控系统的监测原理、结构组成、系统应用特征等详细参数,最后以12306采面为工程背景,对监控系统的温度、气体监测布置方式进行阐述。现场应用表明,设计监控系统可以对采空区及采面气体成本、温度变化等进行实时自动监测,提高了矿井火灾预警能力以及火灾防治水平,效果显著。Aiming at the problems of single monitoring mode,unable to realize real-time online monitoring,large error of monitoring results and high maintenance cost of traditional underground fire monitoring system,a multi parameter monitoring system is designed based on the analysis of existing monitoring system.Through the combination of temperature detection and gas detection,the multi parameter monitoring system realizes on-line real-time monitoring of O2,CO,CH4,CO2 and other gases and temperature changes in underground goaf.By introducing the monitoring principle,structure composition and system application characteristics of the multi parameter monitoring system,taking No.12306 mining face as the engineering background,the temperature and gas monitoring layout of the monitoring system are described.The field application shows that the monitoring system can automatically monitor the gas composition and temperature change of the goaf and the mining face,and improve the mine fire warning ability and fire prevention level.
