摘　　要：督灸是一种将中医经络理论与传统灸法相结合的特色外治疗法,该疗法选用艾绒和生姜,并可配合督灸粉,在后背督脉脊柱段进行“隔姜泥铺灸”,通过综合经络、腧穴、艾灸、药物等多种方法的综合效用在短时间内集中作用于病变部位,达到疗效最大化,具有益肾通督、温阳散寒、通痹止痛、调和阴阳等功效,现已被广泛应用于临床多种疾病的治疗及健康调理中。制定督灸中医康复技术操作规范主要目的是规范管理和指导中医专业技术人员正确使用督灸疗法。本标准通过进行督灸技术范围、规范性引用文件、术语和定义、操作步骤与要求、注意事项、禁忌、附录等方面的标准制定,重点围绕施灸前准备(艾绒及姜泥的制备、穴位选择与定位、体位选择、督灸灸具及其辅助用品、受术者准备、环境要求等);施灸过程(体位、取穴、刮痧、消毒、撒督灸粉、铺姜泥、制备和放置灸具、施灸、清洁灸处等);施灸后处理等操作步骤及要求进行规范制定。此外,还就艾绒和督灸灸具的选取、督灸粉的制备、督灸康复技术的主要作用和适应证进行规范说明。本技术规范适用于各级各类医院及医疗保健机构的中医专业技术人员,具有较好的适用性及有效性。Du meridian moxibustion is a special external therapy which combines the meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional moxibustion.This therapy are given"spreading moxibustion with ginger mud"on the spinal segment of the dorsal Du meridian with moxa and ginger,and can be combined with Du meridian moxibustion powder.It can concentrate the comprehensive effect on the lesion to maximize the effect in a short time such as meridian,acupoint,moxibustion,medicine and so on,which has the effects of reinforcing kidney and unblocking Du meridian,warming yang and dispelling cold,unblocking Du meridian and relieve pain,regulating yin and yang,etc..It has been widely used to treat various diseases and health care.The operation standard of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation technology of moxibustion is mainly to standardize the management and guide the professional and technical personnel of Chinese medicine to correctly use moxibustion therapy.The standard introduces the technical scope,normative references,terms and definitions,operation steps and requirements,precautions,taboos,appendices.In particular,it focuses on the three parts of the operation steps and requirements of the standard.For example,preparation before moxibustion(preparation of wormwood and ginger mud,acupoint selection and positioning,body position selection,moxibustion supervision device and its auxiliary supplies,preparation of the subject,environmental requirements,etc.);moxibustion process(body position,acupoint selection,scraping,disinfection,moxibustion supervision powder,ginger mud paving,preparation and placement of moxibustion device,moxibustion,cleaning moxibustion place,etc.);operation steps and requirements after moxibustion.In addition,the selection of moxa and Du meridian moxibustion apparatus,the preparation of Du meridian moxibustion powder,the main role and indications of Du meridian moxibustion rehabilitation technology were also explained.It is suitable to guide the professional and technical personnel of TCM wi
