摘 要:目的探讨患病年龄对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者临床特征和核酸转阴时间的影响.方法收集新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例,按青年人(18~44岁)和中老年人(≥45岁)分为两组,比较两组临床特征,分析患病年龄对病毒核酸转阴时间的影响.结果共纳入32例新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊患者,青年组患者19例,中老年组患者13例.青年组患者中位年龄36(31,40.5)岁,中老年组患者中位年龄55(49,59)岁.两组病例主要临床症状为干咳、发热和咳痰,其中青年组干咳和发热多于中老年组.两组入院淋巴细胞绝对值和CD4+T淋巴细胞数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组CD8+T淋巴细胞数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新型冠状病毒核酸转阴时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多重线性回归分析显示:患者年龄、性别、基础疾病、病情严重程度和入院淋巴细胞绝对值对新型冠状病毒核酸转阴时间无显著影响.结论患病年龄未对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者临床特征和病毒核酸转阴时间产生明显影响.Objective To investigate the efet of age on the clinica!characteristics and nucleic acid negative conversion time of patients with COVID-19.Methods The confirmed cases of COVID-19 in our hospital were collect-ed and divided into two groups according to the age,youth group(18-44 years old)and middle-aged group(≥45.years old).The clinical characteristics and viral nucleic acid negative conversion time were compared between the two groups.Results A total of 32 patients with COVID-19 were diagnosed,including 19 in the youth group and 13 in the middle-aged group.The median age in the youth group was 36(31,40.5)years,and in the middle-aged group was 55(49,59)years.The main clinical symptoms of the two groups were dry cough,fever and expectoration.No significant difference in the absolute value of lymphocytes and the CD4^+T lymphocyte count at admission between the two groups(P>0.05);while there was a significant difference in the CD8^+T lymphocyte count between the two groups(P<0.05).No significant difference of viral nucleic acid negative conversion time was revealed between the two groups(P>0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the patient's age,gender,underlying disease,severity of illness and ad-mission lymphocyte count had no significant effect on the viral nucleic acid negative conversion time.Conclusion The age has no significant effect on the clinical characteristics and viral nucleic acid negative conversion time of patients with COVID-19.
