摘　　要：目的研究TIM-4基因rs6874202位点和rs62382402位点单核苷酸多态性和儿童哮喘易感性之间的关系.方法选取浙江台州地区的汉族哮喘患儿169例,平均年龄(5.90±2.54)岁,同期健康体检儿童117例,平均年龄(6.27±2.79)岁.采用DNA直接测序法分析TIM-4基因rs6874202位点和rs62382402位点的多态性.结果哮喘组rs6874202位点的TT+CT基因型频率为47.9%,对照组为34.2%,两组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.348,P=0.021,OR=1.772,95%CI 1.089~2.883);哮喘组T等位基因频率为27.5%,对照组为20.1%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.129,P=0.042,OR=1.510,95%CI 1.013~2.251).两组间rs62382402位点基因型以及等位基因分布频率的差异均无统计学意义(χ2=2.072、1.873,P>0.05).结论TIM-4基因rs6874202位点的单核苷酸多态性和与浙江台州地区儿童哮喘的易感性相关,rs62382402位点的单核苷酸多态性多态性与儿童哮喘的易感性无关.Objective To investigate the associations betveen two single nucleotide polymorphisms(rs6874202 site and rs62382402 site)in TIM-4 gene and childhood asthma in Han nationality patients in Taizhou,Zhejiang Prov-ince.Methods All 169 patients with asthma[(5.90±2.54)years old]and 117 controls[(6.27±2.79)years old]were recruited in our study.The polymorphisms of the TIM-4 gene were analyzed with DNA sequencing.Results The frequencies of the TT+CT genolypes of rs6874202 were 47.9%and 34.2%in the study group and the control group,re^spectively;with significant difference betveen the two groups(χ2=5.348,P=0.021,OR=1.772,95%CI:1.089-2.883).In addition,the frequencies of the T allele were 27.5%and 20.1%,respectively,with significant difference between the two groups(χ2=4.129,P=0.042,OR=1.510,95%CI:1.013-2.251).However,the genotype and al-lele frequency of rs62382402 showed no significant difference between the two groups(χ2=2.072 and 1.873,P>0.05).Conclusion The rs6874202 polymorphism of TIM-4 gene is associated with increased risk of asthma in Han na-tionality children in Taizhou,Zhejiang Province;and the rs62382402 polymorphism of TIM-4 gene is not relevant with risk of asthma.
