万能型钢轧机高铬合金辊环的研制与应用

摘　　要：万能型钢轧机辊环要求具有良好的耐磨性,中钢邢机以用户所需为出发点,积极进行科研攻关,克服技术难题,在高铬系列轧辊化学成分的基础上,设计了高铬合金辊环材质,研制了高铬合金辊环,这种材质不但增强了辊环的耐磨性能,减小了辊环的热裂性和冷脆性,而且使辊环的硬度、均匀度等各项性能指标得到大幅提升。本文从化学成分设计、生产工艺、产品技术性能进行了介绍,在国内某钢厂万能轨梁轧机万能机架立辊使用,轧制60 kg重轨,经过上机实轧,表现良好。The roller collar of universal profile steel rolling mill requires good wear resistance. The Xingtai Machine of Sinosteel, taking the user’s needs as the starting point, actively carries out scientific research to overcome technical difficulties. Based on the chemical composition of high chromium series rollers, a high chromium alloy roller collar material is designed and developed. This material not only enhances the wear resistance of the roller collar, reduces the hot cracking and cold brittleness of the roller collar, but also greatly improves the hardness, uniformity and other performance indexes of the roller collar. This paper introduces the chemical composition design, production process and technical performance of the product. It is used in the universal stand vertical roll of universal rail beam mill in a domestic steel plant, rolling 60 kg heavy rail, and has performed well after actual rolling on the machine.
