摘  要:通过对热轧卷取机上夹送辊的作用、结构、工作原理研究,分析工作条件,受力状况等,经过理论计算和软件模拟,确定了以过盈装配为主双过盈联接方式,采用两端双向定位台,合理解决了新型夹送辊的装配问题,同时通过对隔环结构的优化,减少了夹送辊质量,极大降低了制造费用,提高了生产效率。Through studying the function, structure and working pr inciple of pinch roll on hot rolling coiler,analyzing working conditions and stress conditions, through theoretical calculation and software simulation, the double interference connection mode with interference assembly as the main method is determined, and the two-way positioning table is adopted to reasonably solve the assembly problem of new pinch roll. At the same time, through the optimization of the spacer ring structure, the weight of pinch roll is reduced, the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
