High Efficiency Production to Reduce Tapping Temperature of Converter

摘  要:从降低转炉出钢温度的重要性出发,介绍了影响转炉出钢温度的因素,优化基本的操作、工艺及合理安排生产组织。通过缩短转炉冶炼周期,提高了转炉脱磷率,减少了等样时间,缩短了炉内待钢时间,控制了钢包周转数量,严密了生产组织,有效地降低了转炉出钢温度及生产成本。Starting from the importance of reducing the tapping temperature of converter, this article introduced the factors influencing the tapping temperature of converter, optimized basic operation, process and reasonable arranged the production organization. The results show that by shortening the smelting cycle of converte, improving the dephosphorization rate of converter, reducing the equal sample time, shortening the waiting time in the furnace, controlling the turnover quantity of ladle, and tightening the production organization, the tapping temperature and production cost of converter can be effectively reduced.
