摘　　要：介绍棒材线微张力控制及活套控制原理,同时提出自动化模型需要维护与优化,只有通过不断地优化与整定才能适应外部条件、设备状态等变化,以便长期工作在最佳状态的理念。This paper introduces the principle of micro tension control and looper control of bar line, and puts forward the idea that the automation model needs maintenance and optimization. Only through continuous optimization and setting can it adapt to the changes of external conditions and equipment status, so as to work in the best state for a long time.
