摘  要:某厂生产180 mm×180 mm断面2205钢种方坯时,在浇次第一炉铸坯R角处断续出现纵裂,初步确定缺陷形成原因及影响因素。通过控制中间包过热度、更换结晶器铜管形式以及规范操作,有效控制铸坯R角处纵裂缺陷。When a steel plant produces 180 mm ×180 mm 2250 steel grade square billet, the longitudinal crack appeared intermittently at the R angle of the first batch of casting billet. The causes and influencing factors of the defects were determined. By controlling the tundish degree of superheat, replacing mold copper tube form and standard operation, the longitudinal crack defect at R angle of billet was controlled effectively.
