摘　　要：介绍了2016年至2018年汉钢通过强化设备管理、铁前系统管理,改变高炉生产管理思路,使得生铁产量稳步增长,综合焦比逐步下降,取得了良好的降本增效效果和炼铁管理取得了较大进步。From 2016 to 2018, through strengthening equipment management and iron pre-ironmaking system management, the idea of blast furnace production management was changed. The pig iron output increased steadily,the comprehensive coke ratio gradually decreased, and good cost reduction and efficiency increase effect were achieved, and ironmaking management made great progress.
