摘　　要：文章从动态角度研究农村劳动力转移规模对农地转出行为影响的阶段性,采用统计分析法和IV-Probit模型,利用中国健康与养老追踪调查2015年数据研究农村劳动力转移规模对土地流转的影响。结果表明:劳动力转移超过一定临界值才会对农地转出产生影响,当劳动力转移规模小于或等于0.3时,劳动力转移规模的扩大不会促进土地转出;当劳动力转移规模大于0.3时,劳动力转移规模的增加会显著促进土地转出。劳动力转移规模对土地流转影响的模型中可能存在内生性,以转移人口受教育程度作为工具变量控制模型内生性后,劳动力转移规模对土地流转影响的阶段性仍然可被证实。文章不仅验证了劳动力转移规模对土地流转的影响具有动态性并且存在阶段性差异,并得出劳动力转移是促进土地流转市场发育的重要条件,保证劳动力转移的长久性和稳定性、实现"人地联动"是繁荣土地流转市场有效手段的政策启示。The impact of labor transfer on land transfer has not yet been determined.The main purpose of this research is to analysis the phase impact of labor transfer scale on land transfer.Statistical method and theⅣ-Probit model are used in this research.China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Survey 2015 data are used to analysis the impact of labor transfer scale on land transfer.The research results show that only if the labor transfer scale exceeds a certain critical value,it would be affect land transfer.When the labor transfer scale is less than or equal to 0.3,the increasing of labor transfer scale will not promote land transfer.While the labor transfer scale is greater than 0.3,the increase of labor transfer scale will significantly promote land transfer.Endogeneity may exist in the model of the impact of labor transfer scale on land transfer,after controlling the endogeneity by transferring the educational level of transfer population as a tool variable,the stage of the impact of the labor transfer scale on land transfer can still be confirmed.This paper verifies that the impact of labor transfer scale on land transfer is dynamic and has staged differences.The policy enlightenment of this research is that labor transfer is an important condition for promoting the development of land transfer market,ensuring the long-term and stability of labor transfer,and realizing"labor-land linkage development"is an effective method to prosper land transfer market.
