摘  要:文章以G四链体DNA AGRO100的互补序列C-AGRO100(CCACCACCACCACAACCACCACCACC)为模板合成了具有橙色荧光和极好稳定性的双金属金银纳米团簇(C-AGRO100-Au/Ag NCs)。C-AGRO100-Au/Ag NCs在含有体积分数为70%乙醇的PBS溶剂中表现出高分散诱导荧光发射增强的性质,并在PBS溶剂中荧光性质呈现出显著的温度依赖性。C-AGRO100-Au/Ag NCs对温度的荧光响应在5℃和70℃之间具有良好的可逆性,并且在5~30℃和30~70℃的温度区间呈现出良好的线性关系,线性相关系数分别为0.992和0.993,这使得C-AGRO100-Au/Ag NCs作为荧光纳米温度计用于温度测量成为潜在可能。The fluorescent bimetallic DNA-Au/Ag nanoclusters(C-AGRO100-Au/Ag NCs),exhibiting the bright orange emission and the excellent stability,were prepared using C-AGRO100(CCACCACCACCACAACCACCACCACC)single-stranded DNA(ssDNA)as the template.This ssDNA was the complementary sequences of the well-known AGRO100 G-rich DNA sequences that could be folded into G-quadruplex.The C-AGRO100-Au/Ag NCs displayed well dispersity-induced emission enhancement property in 70%(V∶V)ethanol solution and remarkable temperature-dependent fluorescent property in PBS buffer.The fluorescence response of C-AGRO100-Au/Ag NCs was reversible between 5 and 70℃.Simultaneously,it was linear to the temperature ranges from 5 to 30℃and from 30 to 70℃,with the related coefficients of 0.992 and 0.993,respectively,which offered a potential possibility for C-AGRO 100-Au/Ag NCs as the fluorescent nanothermometer to measure the temperature.
