摘  要:文章设计合成了4-甲基-2,6-二(吡啶-2-酰基肼甲基)苯酚荧光探针(L),通过核磁共振氢谱,高分辨质谱对其结构进行表征,并研究了其光谱性质。L在无水乙醇/水(V∶V=1∶1)体系中对Cr^(3+)、Fe^(3+)、Al^(3+)均有响应,通过加入掩蔽剂NH_4F可以除去Fe^(3+)·Al^(3+)的干扰,从而实现对Cr^(3+)的选择性识别,其检出限为8.56×10^(-8) mol/L。等摩尔连续变化法实验表明,L与Cr^(3+)以化学计量比1∶2结合形成新的络合物,结合常数为2.57×10~9(mol/L)~2。尿样检测的回收率为96.5%~105.5%,表明L对人体代谢物尿液中Cr^(3+)的检测具有潜在的应用价值。A symmetric dinucleating double-Schiff-base(4-methyl-2,6-bis((E)-(2-(pyridin-2-yl)hydrazono)methyl)phenol,L)is synthesized as a fluorescent probe for the detection of Cr3+from a straightforward two-step reaction.The chemical structure of double-Schiff-base probe is confirmed by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and high-resolution mass spectrometry(HR-MS),and the photophysics properties are also studied.The probe L has a very sensitive fluorescent response to Cr3+in C2H5OH/H2O(V∶V=1∶1)system by masking the interference of Fe3+and Al3+with NH4F,and the detection limit is 8.56×10-8 mol/L.The stoichiometry of L towards Cr3+is confirmed by the method of continuous variations as 1∶2,with the association constant as 2.57×109(mol/L)2.The recoveries of urine samples are 96.5%~105.5%.This indicates that L has potential application in detecting Cr3+in human metabolites.
