摘  要:煤焦是直接碳固体氧化物燃料电池(direct carbon solid oxide fuel cells,DC-SOFCs)的一种潜在碳燃料。煤焦所含的灰分是影响其燃料适用性的重要因素之一。文章利用氢氟酸(HF)和盐酸(HCl)的混合酸(HCl+HF)对煤焦样品进行了脱灰处理。以经HF或HCl处理的单酸脱灰煤焦作为对照样。以混酸脱灰样品为主要研究对象,对其物相结构、微观形貌、化学官能团等理化性质进行了表征。利用二氧化碳程序升温氧化法研究了样品的逆Boudouard反应性能及脱灰处理对以煤焦为燃料的DC-SOFCs电化学性能的影响。结果表明:混酸脱灰煤焦的硅铝灰分含量显著减少,逆Boudouard反应起始温度降低了42℃;以混酸脱灰煤焦为燃料的DC-SOFCs在850℃的最大功率输出是110 mW·cm^(-2),较煤焦原样提高了64.2%;燃料的电化学转化率是煤焦原样的1.23倍。Coal char is a potential carbon fuel for direct carbon solid oxide fuel cells(DC-SOFCs).The ash content of coal char is an important factor influencing its applicability as a fuel for DC-SOFCs.The mixed acid of HF(hydrofluoric acid)and HCl(hydrochloric acid)was used to remove the ash of coal char.Meanwhile,pure HF or HCl was used to treat the coal char samples for comparison.The physicochemical properties of the deashed samples,including phase structures,morphologies and chemical functional groups,were characterized and analyzed.The reactivity of the deashed samples in the reverse Boudouard reaction was examined by the carbon dioxide temperature-programmed oxidation method,and the electrochemical performances of DC-SOFCs fuelled with the deashed samples were studied.The results showed that the silicon and aluminum components of the ash significantly decreased via the treatment of the mixed acid;the initial temperature of the reverse Boudouard reaction of the deashed sample decreased by 42℃;the DC-SOFCs fueled with the coal char deashed by the mixed acid had the maximum power density of 110 mW·cm-2 at 850℃,increasing by 64.2%,and its fuel electrochemical conversion ratio was 1.23 times as high as that of the raw coal char.
