摘　　要：采用上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器处理玉米酒精废水,对反应器的启动和运行过程进行了实验研究。结果表明,UASB工艺对高COD玉米酒精废水的处理效果良好,COD去除率达到95%以上,沼气中甲烷的质量分数平均为60.29%,有机负荷率超过10.56 kg/(m^3·d),池容产气率达到7.88 m^3/(m^3·d)。除了出现酸化的时间段,废水中大部分有机酸得到充分的降解。反应器在30℃和35℃的中温条件下的处理效果优于常温。The corn alcohol wastewater was treated by the upflow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB)reactor.The start-up and operation process of the reactor were studied.The results showed that the UASB process had a good treatment effect on corn alcohol wastewater with high COD.The COD removal rate was above 95%,the average methane mass fraction in biogas was 60.29%,the organic loading rate more than 10.56 kg/(m^3·d),the gas production rate of pool capacity was 7.88 m^3/(m^3·d).Most organic acids in wastewater were fully degraded except in the period of acidification.The treatment effect of the reactor at medium temperature of 30℃and 35℃was better than normal temperature.
