摘  要:煤化工废水具有水量大和生物毒性高的特性,结合MBR高污泥浓度和陶瓷平板膜良好的抗有机物污染性能,使用浸没式陶瓷平板膜生物反应器处理粗酚模拟配制的煤化工废水,结果表明COD、氨氮和总酚的去除率分别达到94.91%、96.60%、97.92%以上。跨膜压差在曝气量为200 mL/min,抽停比为9:1时运行66 d达到40 kPa。对细菌群落结构分析发现,膜片上的生物群落较混合液中更加丰富,膜组件的加入提高了反应器中的物种多样性。Coal chemical wastewater has the characteristics of large amount and high biological toxicity.For the reason of the high concentration of sludge in MBR and the better anti-organic pollution performance of ceramic flat membrane,the submerged ceramic flat membrane bioreactor was used to treat coal chemical wastewater.The results showed that the removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total phenols more than 94.91%,96.60%and 97.92%respectively.Moreover,the ceramic membrane can be operated for 66 days to reach 40 KPa when the aeration rate is 200 mL/min and the pumping-stopping ratio is 9:1.Besides,The analysis of the bacterial community showed that the bio-community on the membrane was richer than that in the mixed solution,and the species diversity in the reactor was improved by the addition of membrane modules.
