摘 要:采用在多级A/O工艺的好氧区O-I投加PBG生物悬浮填料形成的多级A/O生物膜反应器,对某高校生活污水的处理过程进行了研究,考察了投加PBG填料对系统脱氮效果的影响与整个工艺的污泥减量状况。结果表明:在多级A/O工艺的好氧区O-I投加PBG填料前后,系统对于生活污水中COD的去除率由85%提升为90%,TN去除率由65%提高到74%;对NH4+-N的去除率始终保持在99%左右,TP去除率基本保持在75%左右。通过污泥衡算,在投加使用PBG填料后系统污泥表观产率为28.38 mg/g,与传统工艺污泥产率系数相比,该工艺污泥减量效果明显。镜检发现PBG填料生物膜内出现了较大量使食物链延长的钟虫、轮虫等后生动物,这是该系统处理水质情况以及污泥减量效果良好的重要内在原因。A multi-stage A/O-MBR process,which was formed by adding PBG bio-suspension filler in the aerobic zone O-I of the multi-stage A/O process,was used to study the treatment process of domestic sewage in a university.The effect of PBG filler on denitrification and sludge reduction of the whole process were investigated.The results showed that,before and after adding PBG filler in the aerobic zone O-I of the multi-stage A/O process,the removal rate of COD in domestic sewage increased from 85%to 90%,and the total nitrogen removal rate increased from 65%to 74%,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus maintained at about 99%and 75%respectively.Through the sludge balance calculation,the apparent yield of the system sludge after adding PBG filler was 28.38 mg/g.Compared with the traditional sludge yield coefficient,the sludge reduction effect of the process was obvious.Microscopic examination revealed that there were a large number of metazoans such as bell worms and rotifers in the biofilm of PBG fillers,which was an important internal reason for the good water quality and sludge reduction effect of the system.
