摘　　要：建设服务型工会是广大职工的迫切需求,也是我国工会改革创新的必然走向。在各地服务型工会探索取得一定成效的同时,还存在服务意识不够强、服务不精准、服务欠缺专业、满意度不高以及网上载体不充分等问题。因此,服务型工会建设要以职工需求为导向,服务要更精准,摆脱指令性特点;服务要更主动,调动工会会员的积极性;服务要更广泛,充分利用智慧工会平台;服务要更普惠等几个维度来加以推进。The construction of service-oriented trade unions is an urgent need of the majority worker,and it is also the inevitable trend of Chinese trade union reform and innovation.While service-oriented trade union in various regions have achieved certain results,there are still problems such as insuffi cient service awareness,inaccurate service,lack of professionalism,low satisfaction,and insuffi cient online service.Therefore,the construction of service-oriented trade union should be led by the needs of employees.It should adopt more precise services and get rid of mandatory characteristics.Thus,it could achieve more active,more extensive and more inclusive services,mobilize the enthusiasm of union members,make full use of smart union platforms.
