摘　　要：在工会院校的后勤管理中,物资采购环节已经是一个十分重要的环节。工会院校物资采购是以法律为准绳、制度为规范的综合性工作,但是在具体的采购实行过程中不够完善,实施力度与约束力也远远不够。针对工会院校中不同的购买方式和存在的问题,应从工会工作机制的完善及采购队伍建设等几个方面加以改进。In the logistics management of trade union schools and colleges,supply purchase is an important link.Supply purchase is a comprehensive work based on the law and regulation.However,the implementation process is not perfect,and the supervision is far from enough.In view of the different purchasing methods and current problems,improvements should be made in several aspects,including improving trade union’s working mechanism and the construction of the procurement team.
