摘  要:耐热铸铁与其他耐热合金相比较,具有成本低廉、易于生产等优点,被广泛应用于制造发动机排气管、涡轮增压器壳体等在高温、恶劣环境下工作(承受冷热疲劳)的铸件。通过理论研究与实践生产,初步掌握了该材质的生产工艺,生产出力学性能符合要求、球化2级以上、球径5-7级的耐热铸铁材质。Compared with other heat-resistingalloys,heat-resisting cast iron has advantages in price and manufacturability.It is widely used in engine exhaust pipes,turbocharger shell and other castings which worked in high temperature and under cold and hot cycles.Through research and trial production,we have elmentarily grasped the production process of this material,and produced heat-resisting cast iron material with mechanical properties which can meet the mechanicalrequirements,whose nodularity is better than grade 2 and the graphite size is in grade 5~7.
