摘  要:某铸造厂不锈钢铸件产品,在库房放置过程中,表面出现锈蚀,通过化学成分分析,锈蚀产物能谱分析、金相组织分析等检测,综合分析确定不锈钢铸件表面锈蚀性质属氧腐蚀,原因是不锈钢材质等级低、整体耐蚀性差,铸件存在大量晶间缩松缺陷降低了产品耐蚀性。A stainless steel casting product stored in a foundry under the room temperature,surface corrosions appeared after about there months.Through the chemical composition analysis,corrosion product energy spectrum analysis,metallographic analysis and other tests,comprehensive analysis to determine the surface corrosion properties of stainless steel castings belongs to oxygen corrosion,because of the low grade of stainless steel material,poor overall corrosion resistance,casting have a large number of intergranular shrinkage defects which reduce the corrosion resistance of products.
