摘  要:采用高能球磨法制备Mo-8wt%Cu纳米复合粉末,研究了球磨转速对复合粉末特性的影响。利用XRD、比表面积分析仪、激光粒度分析仪等分析手段对复合粉末的特性和晶粒尺寸和晶格畸变进行了测定。结果表明,在相同的球磨条件下,随球磨转速的增大,粉末比表面积增大,费氏粒度减小,钼晶粒尺寸减小,晶格畸变增大;随球磨转速的增大,复合粉末表面活性增大,颗粒间的团聚倾向增大。Mo-8 wt%Cu nanometer composite powder was prepared by high energy ball milling process,and the effect of ball milling rotate speed on composite powder characters was studied.The composite powder were characterized by use of XRD,surface area analyzer,laser particle analyzer etc.The results show that the specific surface area of powder increases,and the particle size is decreases,and the grain size decreases,and lattice distortion increase with the increasing of ball milling rotate speed under the same milling conditions;the surface activity and assembling of composite powder increase with the increasing of ball milling rotate speed.
