美托洛尔结合芪参益气丸对高血压及合并早期心衰临床疗效、血液流变学的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究高血压合并早期心衰患者应用美托洛尔联合芪参益气丸进行治疗的临床效果以及对于血流变学的影响。方法确诊为高血压合并早期心衰患者120例,将参与本实验对象中60例对照组行常规药物美洛托尔进行治疗,而观察组60例则应用美托洛尔联合芪参益气丸进行治疗,观察统计两组高血压合并早期心衰患者治疗后有效情况、血压波动情况以及患者血液流变学指标变化情况包括低切全血浓度、中切全血浓度以及高切全血浓度。结果观察组治疗的有效率明显增加;且患者血压水平包括收缩压以及舒张压水平均明显优于对照组。患者血液流变学指标水平较对照组大大降低,恢复至正常水平,患者满意度明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上对于因高血压合并早期心衰的患者应使用美托洛尔联合芪参益气丸进行治疗更有利于促进患者各项身体指标的恢复,缩短其住院时间,提高治疗的有效率,因此应在临床科室中进行推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with Qishen Yiqi Pill on hypertension patients with early heart failure and its influence on hemorheology.Methods 120 patients with hypertension and early heart failure diagnosed were involved in this study.60 patients in the control group were treated with routine drug melatol,while 60 patients in the observation group were treated with metoprolol combined with Qishen Yiqi pill.Effectiveness,fluctuation of blood pressure and changes of hemorheological parameters in hypertensive patients with early heart failure after treatment include low,moderate and high whole blood concentration.Results The effective rate of the patients with hypertension complicated with early heart failure in the observation group was significantly increased after the treatment of metoprolol combined with Qishen Yiqi pill,and the blood pressure levels including systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly better than those in the control group.In addition,the level of hemorheological indexes of patients in the control group was significantly lower than that of patients in the control group,returned to the normal level,patients’satisfaction was significantly improved,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with Qishen Yiqi pill should be used in the treatment of patients with hypertension complicated with early heart failure,which is more conducive to promoting the recovery of patients’physical indicators,shortening their hospitalization time and improving the efficiency of treatment.Therefore,it should be popularized in clinical departments.
