美容整形清创缝合术联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗颌面部外伤的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对颌面部外伤的患者,通过采取美容整形清创的手术方式与重组人表皮生长因子(rh-EGF)治疗的效果。方法选取50例出现颌面部外伤者作为本研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组25例用美容整形清创缝合的手术方法进行治疗;实验组25例在对照组手术基础上加用rh-EGF的联合治疗方案,比较不同组的治疗效果。结果实验组的血清表皮生长因子水平高于对照组;炎症因子包括白细胞介素1、白细胞介素6及肿瘤坏死因子α均低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的术后愈合时间、术后瘢痕长度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);在术后均有并发症发生,其中实验组仅1例术后感染,对照组有6例患者发生术后感染(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率高于对照组总有效率(P<0.05)。结论和单独行美容整形清创手术治疗颌面部外伤相比,手术基础上联合rh-EGF用于疾病的治疗有更满意的效果,并发症也更低,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of plastic surgery and debridement and recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rh-egf)in the treatment of maxillofacial trauma.Methods 50 patients with extramural maxillofacial injuries who received treatment in the author’s hospital were selected as the subjects of this study and randomly divided into two groups.In the control group,25 cases were treated simply by debridement and suture.In the experimental group,25 patients were treated with rh-EGFcombined therapy on the basis of operation in the control group,and the therapeutic effects of different groups were compared.Results The level of serum epidermal growth factor in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.Inflammatory factors including interleukin 1,interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor levels were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative healing time and postoperative scar length of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Postoperative complications occurred in all patients,among which only 1 case was infected in the experimental group and 6 cases in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with cosmetic surgery and debridement alone for maxillofacial trauma,combined rh-EGF on the basis of surgery for the treatment of diseases has a more satisfactory effect and lower complications,which is worthy of promotion.
