无基质保水驯化对霍山石斛性状的影响

摘  要:为了获取霍山石斛组培苗驯化新技术,以霍山石斛组培苗为试材,进行了基质驯化与无基质保水驯化对比试验,研究2种驯化方式对各性状的影响。结果表明:在成活率、新根数、根长、萌芽数、芽长等性状上,处理Ai均优于CK且差异达到极显著水平,A1效果最佳,其次是A2,再次是A3。其中,A1成活率高达到99.6%,新根数70.7根,根长18.57mm,新芽数48.0芽,无病虫害。可见,采用无基质保水驯化方式,实现了高质、高效驯化,为霍山石斛组培苗驯化提供了新方法。The tissue culture seedlings of Dendrobium huoshanense were used as the matrix domestication and water conservation without matrix were carried out test materials to study the effects of two kinds of domestication methods on each character,in order to obtain the new technology of tissue culture seedlings domestication of Dendrobium huoshanense.The results showed that Ai was superior to CK in survival rate,number of new roots,length of roots and number of sprouts,and the difference was very significant.A1 had the best effect,followed by A2,and then A3,Among them,A1 had a high survival rate of 99.6%,70.7 new roots,18.57 millimeter root length,48.0 new buds and no pests.High quality and high efficiency were achieved by water conservation and without substrate domestication,which provided a new method for tissue culture of Dendrobium huoshanense.
