对真实自我的追寻——欧阳子《秋叶》主题再探

摘　　要：欧阳子的小说集《秋叶》出版后在台湾文坛引起一场笔战,以乡土派作家为代表的群体对其主题和内容进行责难。但是细究文本可以发现,《秋叶》中的各篇小说都不脱离“对真实自我的探寻”这一主题,而这一主题的呈现可证明欧阳子并不是如批判者所言,仅仅简单移植西方技巧,作品空洞无力。此外,作者对人物心理的探析等亦为台湾现代主义文学的发展做出了贡献。Autumn Leaves,a collection of Ouyang Tzu's novels,caused a literary battle in Taiwan after its publication.The group represented by the country writers criticized its theme and content,but a closer look at the text reveals that none of the novels is divorced from the theme of“the pursuit and exploration for the authentic self,”and the presentation of this theme proves that Ouyang Tzu is not simply transplanting Western techniques.Besides,the author's exploration and analysis of the characters'psychology also contributed to the development of Taiwan's modernism.
