摘 要:褐煤煤化程度较低,燃烧难度较大。哈锅褐煤锅炉炉型较为成熟,在国内外影响较大。哈锅新开发了HG-UCCS燃烧器,应用在典型褐煤锅炉机组上,性能考核报告显示,其NOx排放值为256.14 mg/Nm^3,CO排放值为32μL/L,燃烧效率高、低氮性能好。本文介绍了燃烧系统布置方案及燃烧器应用效果。Lignite has low coalification degree and is difficult to burn.The boiler type of HBC lignite boiler is relatively mature and has great influence at home and abroad.A new HG-UCCS burner has been developed and applied to typical lignite boiler units.The performance evaluation report shows that its NOx emission value is 256.14 mg/Nm^3 and CO emission value is 32μL/L,with high combustion efficiency and good low nitrogen performance.This paper introduces the arrangement scheme of combustion system and the application effect of burner.
