摘　　要：通过对锅炉低负荷运行下水平烟道积灰的理论分析,提出消除水平烟道积灰的技术路线。采用在折焰角斜坡增加固定旋转式吹灰器的技术方案进行锅炉水平烟道除灰,有效消除锅炉折焰角及水平烟道区域积灰问题,消除安全隐患,确保锅炉安全经济运行。Through the theoretical analysis of horizontal flue ash accumulation under low load operation of boiler,the technical route to eliminate horizontal ash accumulation is proposed.The technical scheme of adding a fixed rotary soot blower at the cross-fire angle slope is used to carry out the ash of the boiler horizontal flue,effectively eliminating the boiler flame angle and the horizontal flue area dust accumulation problem,eliminating safety hazards and ensuring safe and economic operation of the boiler.
