摘　　要：针对某电厂立式管式空气预热器堵灰严重问题,简述该电厂空预器运行情况,结合运行数据,分析预热器结露堵灰的原因;提出空预器堵灰后处理措施及注意事项;提出预防空预器积灰的方法。In view of the serious ash plugging problem in the vertical tubular air preheater of a power plant,this paper describes the operation of air preheater in this power plant,analyzes the causes of condensation and ash plugging of air preheater by operational data,has made clear measures and precautions after ash plugging of air preheater,puts forward a method to prevent ash plugging of air preheater.
