摘 要:为满足光电跟踪设备的设计精度要求,减小并评估主镜筒变形对主、次镜位置相对变化的影响,利用Ansys Workbench有限元分析软件对主镜筒进行了热稳态分析、静力学分析以及多物理场耦合分析。分析出了主镜与次镜的偏转角,对主镜筒结构提出了相关修改意见。通过仿真所得的结果可知,主镜筒因太阳照射不均而产生的弯曲变形对反射镜的偏转影响最大。为减小反射镜的偏转,将次镜由镜筒支撑改为由次镜支撑架支撑,并加固次镜与调焦机构间的支撑连接。再次对修改后的主镜筒进行了处于水平、上仰45°、上仰90°时的静力学分析,对主镜筒进行了温度场与重力场耦合的多物理场分析。仿真所得的反射镜偏转角度数据将为光电跟踪设备的实验标校提供一定的参考依据。Aiming at meeting the design accuracy requirements of the photoelectric tracking equipment,reducing and evaluating the influence of the deformation of the telescope main tube on the relative positions of the primary and secondary mirrors.The thermal stability analysis,static analysis and multi-physical field coupling analysis of the main tube are carried out by using ANSYS Workbench.The deflection angles of the primary mirror and the secondary mirror are analyzed,and the relevant modification suggestions for the structure of the main tube are put forward.According to the simulation results,the bending deformation of the main tube caused by the uneven solar radiation has the greatest influence on the deflection of the mirror.In order to reduce the influence of relative deflection between mirrors,the secondary mirror is mounted on the secondary mirror support frame,other than directly on the main tube,and the support connection between the secondary mirror and the focusing mechanism is strengthened.Again,the static analysis of the modified main mirror tube is carried out when it is horizontal,45°upward and 90°upward,and the multi-physical field analysis of the coupling of temperature field and gravity field is carried out.The results obtained from the simulation will provide some reference for the experimental calibration of the optoelectronic telescope.
