从标准变迁谈刘寄奴的南北用药差异

摘　　要：目的:阐明刘寄奴南北用药差异的原因,分析其在不同地区中药材标准的差别。方法:收集载有刘寄奴的中药材标准和炮制规范(包括现在和过去的版本),对其进行分析和研究。结果:以北刘寄奴作药用的地区有11个,如黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、北京、天津、河南、甘肃、贵州等,以(南)刘寄奴作药用的地区有7个,如安徽、江苏、上海、江西、浙江等;药用部位,北刘寄奴以"带果实的干燥全草"为主,(南)刘寄奴以"带花的干燥全草"为主;含量测定,北刘寄奴用HPLC法测定木犀草素和毛蕊花糖苷的含量,(南)刘寄奴目前还没有进行明确的成分含量测定;功效与应用,北刘寄奴与(南)刘寄奴均有活血化瘀、止血消肿的功效,均可用于跌打损伤,外伤出血,瘀血经闭,产后瘀痛,癥瘕等。不同的是北刘寄奴还可用于黄疸或黄疸型肝炎,小便不利,血痢等,(南)刘寄奴还可用于水火烫伤,痈毒肿痛及食积腹痛。结论:刘寄奴的南北用药差异与药材的地区分布差异和用药传统有关;北刘寄奴与(南)刘寄奴在药用部位、含量测定、功效与应用等方面有较大的差别。Objective:To clarify the reasons for the difference of medication between Bei Liujinu(Herba Siphonostegiae)and Nan Liujinu(Herba Artemisiae Anomalae),and to analyze the differences of Chinese herbal medicinal standards in different regions.Methods:The standards and processing specifications of Chinese herbal medicinals medicine(including current and past versions)containing"Liujinu"(Herba Artemisiae Anomalae)were collected,analyzed and studied.Results:There are 11 regions in which the Bei Liujinu is used,such as Heilongjiang,Jilin,Liaoning,Beijing,Tianjin,Henan,Gansu,Guizhou,etc.,and 7 regions(such as Anhui,Jiangsu,Shanghai,Jiangxi,Zhejiang,etc.)where Nan Liujinu is used.As far as the medicinal parts are concerned,Bei Liujinu mainly uses"the dry whole grass with fruit";while"the dry whole grass with flowers"of Nan Liujinu is often used.The contents of luteolin and verbascoside of Bei Liujinu are determined by HPLC;however,at present,there is no definite component in Nan Liujinu.Both Bei Liujinu and Nan Liujinu have the effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,hemostasis and detumescence.They can be used for traumatic injuries,traumatic bleeding,blood stasis,amenorrhea,postpartum blood stasis and pain,etc.The difference is that Bei Liujinu can also be used for jaundice or icteric hepatitis,adverse urination,dysentery,etc.,while Nan Liujinu can also be used for hot water and fire burns,carbuncle toxin swelling pain and food accumulation abdominal pain.Conclusion:The medication difference between Bei Liujinu and Nan Liujinu is related to the regional distribution and traditional medication.And there are great differences in medicinal parts,content determination,efficacy and application between the two.
