戴永生辨治泄泻肝肠湿热证经验

摘　　要：戴永生教授认为,泄泻肝肠湿热证病位在大肠,病性属实中夹虚。治疗上,戴老常以疏肝健脾、清肠利湿为治疗大法,常用四逆散、四君子汤合方作为基础方。若湿重者,合用二妙散;若热重者,合用白头翁汤。另外,戴老在辨证时重视因人制宜,常根据患者症状、体质、旧疾等进行灵活加减。According to Professor Dai Yong-sheng,diarrhea with damp heat syndrome of liver and intestine is located in the large intestine,and the disease nature is excess combined with deficiency.In terms of treatment,Professor Dai usually takes soothing the liver and rectifying the spleen,clearing intestines and removing dampness as the principle,with the combination of Frigid Extremities Powder and Four Gentlemen Decoction as the basic formula.For serious dampness,Two Mysterious Powder can also be combined.For excessive heat,Pulsatilla Decoction can also be combined.In addition,Professor Dai always pays attention to individual conditions of symptoms,constitution and old disease to adopt measures flexibly.
