疏肝和胃降逆汤配合针刺治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝和胃降逆汤配合针刺治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法:选取2015年7月至2019年7月本院治疗的原发性胆汁反流性胃炎患者90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予多潘立酮片、奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,治疗组采用疏肝和胃降逆汤配合针刺治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为95.5%,对照组有效率为75.0%,两组临床疗效比较,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后内镜镜像分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为84.4%,两组内镜镜像疗效比较,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟疏肝和胃降逆汤配合针刺治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎疗效显著,能改善患者中医证候和内镜镜像。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction of Soothing Liver and Harmonizing Stomach and Descending Counterflow of Qi combined with acupuncture on primary bile reflux gastritis;acupuncture.Methods:A total of 90 patients with primary bile reflux gastritis treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2019 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Domperidone Tablets and Omeprazole Enteric-Coated Capsules,while the treatment group was treated with Decoction of Soothing Liver and Harmonizing Stomach and Descending Counterflow of Qi combined with acupuncture.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.5%,and that of the control group was 75.0%.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the endoscopic image grading of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and that of the control group was 84.4%.In terms of the curative effect of the two groups of endoscopic images,the treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Decoction of Soothing Liver and Harmonizing Stomach and Descending Counterflow of Qi combined with acupuncture has a remarkable clinical curative effect on primary bile reflux gastritis;acupuncture,can improve the TCM syndrome and endoscopic mirror image of patients.
