养阴润肺汤治疗肺阴亏虚型肺结核临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察养阴润肺汤治疗肺阴亏虚型肺结核的临床疗效及对患者抗炎、促炎因子的影响。方法:选取本院2017年5月至2018年9月诊治的肺阴亏虚型肺结核患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予注射用硫酸链霉素肌肉注射和利福平胶囊、异烟肼片口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予养阴润肺汤治疗。结果:观察组治疗后咳痰、消瘦、咽干、盗汗、潮热等症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率为86.67%,对照组有效率为66.67%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-4和IL-6、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养阴润肺汤治疗肺阴亏虚型肺结核,具有较强的抗炎作用。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Yin-Nourishing and Lung-Moistening Decoction on tuberculosis with lung yin deficiency syndrome and its influence on anti-inflammatory factor and proinflammatory factor.Methods:A total of 90 patients with tuberculosis with lung yin deficiency syndrome treated in our hospital from May 2017 to September 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given intramuscular injection of streptomycin sulfate for injection,rifampicin capsules and isoniazid tablets for oral administration,while the observation group was additionally given Yin-Nourishing and Lung-Moistening Decoction on the basis of the control group.Results:After the treatment,the scores of expectoration,weight loss,dry throat,night sweating and tidal fever in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(66.67%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)After the treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yin-Nourishing and Lung-Moistening Decoction has strong anti-inflammatory effect on tuberculosis with deficiency of lung yin.
