瘿突1号方治疗活动期Ⅲ级Graves眼病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察瘿突1号方治疗活动期Ⅲ级Graves眼病脾虚湿阻,痰结血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:选择上海市嘉定区中医医院2016年4月至2019年3月的内分泌专科门诊就诊的活动期Ⅲ级Graves眼病患者84例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各42例。对照组给予强的松口服治疗,治疗组给予瘿突1号方治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为85.71%,对照组有效率为30.95%,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后CAS评分、突眼度、上睑退缩、促甲状腺受体抗体(thyrotropin receptor antibody,TRAB)水平低于本组治疗前,且治疗组治疗后突眼度、CAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瘿突1号方治疗活动期Ⅲ级Graves眼病脾虚湿阻,痰结血瘀证,可改善患者的临床症状,降低TRAB水平。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of No.1 Yingtu on syndrome of spleen deficiency with dampness retention and phlegm retention and blood stasis of gradeⅢin active stage of Graves′Ophthalmopathy(GO).Methods:A total of 84 patients with gradeⅢin active stage of GO treated in Endocrine Clinic of Jiading District Hospital of TCM of Shanghai from April 2016 to March 2019 were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with prednisone for oral administration,while the treatment group was treated with No.1 Yingtu.Results:The effective rate was 85.71%in the treatment group,which was higher than 30.95%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CAS score,exophthalmos degree,upper eyelid retraction and thyroid receptor antibody(TRAB)levels in the two groups were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and the exophthalmos degree and CAS score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating syndrome of spleen deficiency with dampness retention and phlegm retention and blood stasis of gradeⅢin active stage of GO,No.1 Yingtu can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the TRAB level.
