痛泻要方加味汤治疗尘肺22例

摘　　要：目的:观察痛泻要方加味汤治疗尘肺的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年11月至2019年10月本院治疗的尘肺患者44例,所有患者均为男性,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组22例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予痛泻要方加味汤治疗。治疗3周后,观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、体征、6分钟步行试验评分和肺功能水平。结果:观察组显效率为63.3%,有效率为95.5%,对照组显效率为27.3%,有效率为90.9%,观察组有效率、显效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后一秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)、FEV1/FVC值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后6分钟步行距离高于对照组、呼吸困难指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西药治疗基础上,合用痛泻要方加味汤治疗尘肺,可减轻患者的临床症状,改善患者的肺通气功能,提高运动耐量。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Supplemented Important Formula for Painful Diarrhea on pneumoconiosis.Methods:A total of 44 cases of pneumoconiosis patients treated in our hospital from November 2017 to October 2019 were selected.All the patients were male,and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 22 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was additionally given Supplemented Important Formula for Painful Diarrhea on the basis of the control group.After 3 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms,signs,6 min walking test score and pulmonary function level of the two groups were observed before and after the treatment respectively.Results:The significantly effective rate and effective rate of the observation group were 63.3%and 95.5%respectively,while those of the control group were 27.3%and 90.9%respectively.The significantly effective rate and effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The 6-min walking distance after the treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the dyspnea index was lower than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,in terms of pneumoconiosis,Supplemented Important Formula for Painful Diarrhea can reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,improve their pulmonary ventilation function,and exercise tolerance.
