通脉温阳灸治疗原发性干燥综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察通脉温阳灸治疗原发性干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年5月安徽省针灸医院老年病三科门诊和住院治疗的原发性干燥综合征患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。两组患者均给予西医常规对症治疗,对照组给予帕夫林胶囊治疗,治疗组给予通脉温阳灸治疗。结果:对照组有效率为70.0%,治疗组有效率为90.0%,治疗组有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后白细胞计数、血沉、C反应蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后口干、眼干、疲乏、关节痛、舌象等中医证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后主要症状评分、疾病活动指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通脉温阳灸治疗原发性干燥综合征能有效改善患者中医证候,降低白细胞计数、血沉、C反应蛋白水平,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of channel-unblocking and yang-warming moxibustion on primary sjogren′s syndrome(PSS).Methods:A total of 60 patients with primary sjogren′s syndrome who received outpatient and inpatient treatment in the Third Department of Geriatrics of Anhui Acupuncture and Moxibustion Hospital from January 2018 to may 2019 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The two groups′patients were first given conventional symptomatic western medicine treatment,then the control group was additionally given Pafulin Capsule,while the treatment group was additionally given channel-unblocking and yang-warming moxibustion treatment.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 70.0%,and that of the treatment group was 90.0%.The effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,white blood cell count of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,ESR and CRP levels were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of TCM syndrome such as dry mouth,dry eye,fatigue,joint pain,tongue image of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the main symptom score and disease activity index of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of PSS,channel-unblocking and yang-warming moxibustion can effectively improve TCM syndrome,increase white blood cell count,reduce erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein level,and improve the quality of life of patients.
