摘　　要：目的:观察针刺阴郄、复溜穴为主治疗中风后气阴两虚型盗汗的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年3月至2019年2月在本院康复科就诊的中风后盗汗气阴两虚证患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。治疗组采用针刺阴郄、复溜穴为主穴,对症加用其他配穴方法进行治疗,对照组给予虚汗停颗粒口服治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为92.5%,对照组有效率为77.5%,治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后神倦乏力、心烦易怒、咽干口渴、汗出等中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺阴郄、复溜穴为主治疗中风后盗汗气阴两虚证,能改善患者中医证候。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture at Yinxi(HT 6)and Fuliu(KI 7)on night sweating of qi-yin deficiency syndrome after stroke.Methods:A total of 80 patients with night sweating of qi-yin deficiency syndrome after stroke treated in the Rehabilitation Department of our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at Yinxi and Fuliu points combined with some symptomatic points,while the control group was treated with Granules for Stopping Consumptive Sweating for oral administration.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%,and that of the control group was 77.5%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as fatigue,irritability,dry throat,thirst and sweating in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the score of Hamilton Depression Scale in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of night sweating of qi-yin deficiency syndrome after stroke,acupuncture at Yinxi and Fuliu points can improve the TCM syndrome of patients.
