腹针结合耳穴贴压治疗代谢综合征腹型肥胖临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察腹针结合耳穴贴压治疗代谢综合征腹型肥胖脾虚不运证的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年4月至2018年4月社区卫生服务中心中医科门诊诊治的代谢综合征患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予耳穴贴压治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用腹针治疗。结果:观察组有效率96.7%,对照组有效率80.0%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后体质量、体质量指数、腹围、腰臀比、三酰甘油水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹针结合耳穴贴压治疗代谢综合征腹型肥胖脾虚不运证,能降低患者体质量、体质量指数、腹围、腰臀比、三酰甘油水平。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with ear point sticking and pressing on abdominal obesity of metabolic syndrome with spleen deficiency.Methods:A total of 60 patients with metabolic syndrome treated in the Department of TCM of Community Health Service Center from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ear point sticking and pressing therapy,while the observation group was additionally treated with abdominal acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,and that of the control group was 80.0%.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the body mass,body mass index,abdominal circumference,waist-hip ratio and triglyceride level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of abdominal obesity of metabolic syndrome with spleen deficiency,abdominal acupuncture combined with ear point sticking and pressing can reduce the body weight,body mass index,abdominal circumference,waist-hip ratio,and triglyceride level.
