摘　　要：中医药治疗急性胰腺炎多采用中药汤剂、中成药注射剂静脉滴注及中医外治疗法,临床取得较满意的疗效,可减少急性胰腺炎的并发证,提高患者的生命质量。但目前研究多聚集在方药的选择、用药途径及治疗效果等方面,研究样本亦不够大。虽然我国已经颁布最新《急性胰腺炎中医诊疗专家共识意见》,但临床治疗方法仍多具主观性,外治疗法使用药物多参照以往用药或经验用药,故中医药治疗急性胰腺炎仍需要不断探索,使治疗更科学、规范和有效。TCM treatment of acute pancreatitis mostly uses TCM decoction,Chinese patent medicine injection intravenous drip and TCM external treatment therapy,which can achieve satisfactory clinical effect,reduce the complications of acute pancreatitis and improve the quality of life of patients.However,most of the present studies focus on the selection of formulas,routes of administration and therapeutic effects,and the research samples are not large.Although China has promulgated the latest Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis,the clinical internal treatment method is still more subjective,and the external treatment uses drugs referring to the past medication or experience.Therefore,the treatment of acute pancreatitis with Chinese medicine still needs continuous exploration to make the treatment more scientific,standardized and effective.
