摘　　要：探索大师工作室引导下的“三全育人”人才培养模式。结合家具设计与制造专业教学实践,将“三全育人”理念融入特色教材、课程体系、教学评价等,提高人才培养质量。This thesis explores the talent training mode of“Three-all Education”under the guidance of Master Studio.By combining the teaching practice of Furniture Design and Manufacturing,we can integrate the“Three-all Education”thought into the characteristics teaching materials,curriculum system,teaching evaluation,etc.so as to improve the quality of personnel training.
