摘  要:为评价不同煤层倾斜角下极薄煤层采煤机装煤效果,分析滚筒工作状态下出煤口煤的堆积面积和煤的推挤力,给出不同煤层倾角下的装煤影响系数,建立了装煤效率理论模型。通过设计滚筒工作参数均匀实验表,以装煤效率为目标,利用EDEM软件模拟不同煤层倾角下滚筒装煤过程,获得不同煤层倾角下装煤效率随滚筒转速和牵引速度的变化规律,采用最小二乘法修正不同煤层倾角下的装煤效率模型。结果表明:在工作倾角为15°、走向倾角为0°、滚筒工作参数比值大于25时,其装煤效率非线性度明显增大;在工作倾角为0°,走向倾角为15°工况下,滚筒工作参数比值大于30时,其装煤效率非线性度明显增大,修正后的滚筒装煤效率模型更为符合实际变化规律。该研究为不同工况下装煤效率的研究提供理论方法。This paper is aimed at an evaluation of the loading effect of the extremely thin coal seam shearer under different coal seam inclination Angle and provides an analysis of the coal accumulation area and coal pushing force at the coal outlet under the drum working state,an insight into the influence coefficient of coal loading under different coal seam inclination Angle,and the development of the theoretical model of coal loading efficiency.The study points to the variation law underlying the coal loading efficiency with the rotation speed and traction speed of the drum with different coal seam dips by designing the uniform experimental table of working parameters of the drum,targeting at the coal loading efficiency,and simulating the coal loading process of the drum with different coal seam dips using EDEM,and leads to the modification of the coal loading efficiency model with different coal seam dips by the least square method.The results show that a significant increase is observed in the nonlinearity of coal loading efficiency,in the presence of the working angle of 15 degrees,the strike pitch of 0 degrees,and the drum working parameter ratio greater than 25;and the nonlinearity of coal loading efficiency sees an obvious increase in the presence of the working angle of 0 degrees,the strike pitch of 15 degrees,and the drum working parameters ratio greater than 30 and this is an indication of a better agreement between the revised coal loading efficiency model and the varying law.The research could serve as a theoretical method for the analysis of coal loading efficiency under different working conditions.
