空腹血糖受损患者血糖及身体成分分析

摘　　要：目的:分析空腹血糖受损(IFG)患者血糖及身体成分,为早期诊断IFG提供线索。方法:对395例IFG患者进行血糖和身体成分的测试,使用SPSS22.0进行不同性别、不同年龄IFG血糖及身体成分进行分析。结果:(1)男性IFG患者的体重、去脂肪体重、肌肉重量、蛋白质、无机盐和身体水分重量均高于女性(P<0.05),其余身体成分指标无性别差异(P>0.05)。(2)不同年龄男性IFG患者的体重、去脂肪体重、肌肉重量、无机盐、身体水分、蛋白质、腰臀比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。不同年龄女性IFG患者的腰臀比、脂肪重量、蛋白质、血糖具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(3)各项身体成分指标间比较,具有相关性(P<0.05);血糖与年龄、腰臀比具有相关性(P<0.05),≤30岁年龄组腰臀比与血糖呈中度正相关,41-50岁和≥51岁则成弱正相关,41-50岁则无相关性。腰臀比与血糖的一元线性回归方程方程,≤30岁:血糖=4.174+2.071×腰臀比;31-40岁:血糖=5.014+1.027×腰臀比;41-50岁:血糖=5.562+0.450×腰臀比;≥51岁:血糖=4.924+1.135×腰臀比。结论:IFG患者的血糖与身体成分中的腰臀比弱正相关,可通过回归方程,利用腰臀比间接推算IFG患者的血糖。Objective:To provide clues for the early diagnosis of IFG by analyzing FBG and body composition in impaired fasting glucose(IFG).Methods:FBG and body composition of 395 patients with IFG were tested.SPSS22.0 was used to analyze FBG and body composition differences of different genders and ages.Results:(1)Body weight,fat-free weight,muscle weight,protein,inorganic salt and body water weight of male were higher than female in IFG patients(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in other body composition indexes(P>0.05).(2)There were statistically significant differences in body weight,fat-free weight,muscle weight,inorganic salt,body water,protein,and waist-to-hip ratio(WHR)in different ages male IFG patients(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in WHR,fat weight,protein and FBG in different ages female IFG patients(P<0.05).(3)There was a correlation between age and body age(P<0.05),and there was a correlation between various body composition indexes(P<0.05).FBG was correlated with age and WHR(P<0.05).There was a moderate positive correlation between WHR and FBG in age group≤30 years old,and a weak positive correlation between 41-50 years old and≥51 years old,but no correlation between 41-50 years old.The one variable linear regression equation,≤30 years old was:FBG=4.174+2.071×WHR,31-40 years old was:FBG=5.014+1.027×WHR,41-50 years old was:FBG=5.562+0.450×WHR,≥51years old was:FBG=4.924+1.135×WHR.Conclusion:FBG is weakly positively correlated with WHR,and WHR can be used to indirectly calculate FBG by regression equation in IFG.
