摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议构想的提出,加强了沿线国家在体育方面的合作交流,为我国俄语体育人才的培养带来了新契机。采用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法,以“一带一路”背景下中俄体育交流概况及现实需求为背景,阐述了我国俄语体育人才培养的特点,从政府、高校、社会三方面剖析我国俄语体育人才培养的现状,从宏观和微观双角度探究我国俄语体育人才培养的影响因素,并提出“中外合作”模式、“高校联合”模式、“校企协作”模式等,旨在构建我国俄语体育人才培养新模式。The strategic concept of“the belt and road initiative”has strengthened the cooperation and exchanges in sports among countries along the route,and brought a new opportunity for the training of Russian sports talents in China.By using the methods of literature review,interview and logical analysis,this study combs the realistic demand background of Russian sports talents development in China,analyzes the general situation and characteristics of Sino-Russian sports exchanges under the background of“the belt and road initiative”strategy,explores the influencing factors of Russian sports talents training in China from macro and micro perspectives,analyzes the current situation of Russian sports talents training in China from three aspects:government,universities and society,and constructs a“Sino-foreign cooperation”mode,a“university alliance”mode and a“school-enterprise cooperation”.
