三人制篮球世界杯男篮攻防技战术特点分析

摘　　要：为了提升我国男子三人制篮球竞技水平,运用文献资料、录像观察和数理统计等方法,对2017、2018和2019年三届三人制篮球世界杯半决赛和决赛共9场比赛进行研究。研究结果表明:在进攻技战术方面:球员较多采用交叉步突破,运球投篮是运用次数最多的投篮方式,双手头上传球具有稳定性好和失误少的特点,球员利用身高优势更容易获得进攻篮板球,进攻队伍经常运用掩护配合战术;在防守技战术方面:球员补防更容易产生封盖,对传球路线进行抢断成功率最高,运用抢位技术更易获得防守篮板球,换防是防守队伍运用次数最多的配合战术。建议:(1)加强体能科学化训练,提升突破技术能力,熟练掌握各种投篮技巧,减少传球失误,增强争抢进攻篮板意识,熟练运用多种进攻基础配合;(2)提升防守移动脚步速度,加强团队之间防守配合,及时做到换防、补防和协防,提高自身封盖和抢断能力,增强保护防守篮板意识。In order to improve the competitive level of my country’s men’s three-player basketball,a total of 9 games in the 2017,2018 and 2019 three-player basketball World Cup semi-finals and finals were studied using literature,video observation and mathematical statistics.The research results show that:in terms of offensive skills and tactics:more players use cross-step breakthroughs,dribbling shots are the most frequently used shooting method,and two-handed heading has the characteristics of good stability and fewer turnovers.Players use their height advantage to obtain more easily Offensive rebounds,offensive teams often use screens and tactics;in terms of defensive skills and tactics:players are more likely to block off defenses,and have the highest success rate of steals on passing routes.Using grab technology is easier to get defensive rebounds.Changing defense is defensive.The team’s most frequently used coordination tactics.Suggestions:(1)Strengthen scientific physical training,improve breakthrough technical ability,master various shooting skills,reduce passing errors,enhance the awareness of fighting for offensive rebounds,and skillfully use multiple offensive basic coordination;(2)improve defensive movement Speed,strengthen defensive cooperation between teams,change defenses,supplement defenses and assist defenses in a timely manner,improve their own blocking and stealing capabilities,and enhance the awareness of protecting defensive rebounds.
